LEARN TO BE A PACC FACILITATOR
People learn best when sharing. For years Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy (CPSEA) has been speaking with groups of people about their experiences as patients or in using the healthcare system. In small groups, when people share their experiences, others learn. This program is where people share their experiences so others can take away important information that would be of benefit to someone as a caregiver or someone recently entering the healthcare system. PACC encourages finding solutions through what has worked for others.
